1. Savings
The first reason why it is better to buy remanufactured products is the enormous savings.
Buying refurbished means purchasing professional products that are like new, at much lower prices than the list prices, with discounts that go well beyond 30-40%.
Think about the possibility of buying a refurbished PC or a refurbished notebook or a refurbished printer or: a high-end product which, although it is not the latest model on the market, you can treat yourself to while saving a good sum.
Example: You pay €599 for a refurbished eighth generation Intel Core i7 PC instead of €1,199!
Of course, if you are interested in having the latest model on the market at a certain time, then you will have to opt for the new one but with the awareness of paying a very high price for it.
If, however, you want to have a branded, good quality product while paying for it at a decidedly more affordable price, then refurbished is for you!
So it is a convenient purchase if you are looking for the ideal compromise between savings and quality.

2. Quality
The advantage of buying refurbished from certified companies is that you save on price but not on quality.
In fact, refurbished products are like new ones, so you always have the security of purchasing an item in excellent aesthetic and functional condition and with its original brand.
A remanufactured device is intact and functional because it is tested, if necessary repaired and sanitized before being put on sale. In our case, we do not try to confuse our customers with AB or C grade classifications, all the products on our portal are only and exclusively grade A.

3. Environment
Computers Parts annually undertakes to recondition approximately 120,000 products that would otherwise have become waste, putting those it reconditions back on the market and disposing of all plastic or electronic components that are no longer usable in a traceable and eco-sustainable manner.
Globally in 2017 the volume of electronic waste reached 65 million tonnes, in addition to the devices (eight on average) stored in homes despite malfunctioning or disuse. In addition to the serious damage to the environment and health, due to incorrect disposal of these devices in undifferentiated waste, the anti-recycling attitude leads to huge losses of money, just think that approximately 9 kg of copper can be obtained from 1,000 mobile phones. Already in 2008, UNESCO, realizing the major problems that could be caused by technological waste, launched a document called The Entrepreneur's guide to Computer Recycling, and the issue of e-waste (electronic waste) is still a global problem in way of resolution.
Choosing a refurbished product , in addition to all the advantages already shown, therefore has a very strong impact on the health of our planet. In fact, the production of electronic and IT instruments has a strong environmental impact both due to the use of electricity and because it requires a series of raw materials, chemical materials and water with the subsequent production of large quantities of waste. Furthermore, the shortening of the life cycle of a product also gives rise to a problem linked to the disposal of hardware, therefore if the culture of reconditioning takes hold in an increasingly consistent manner, the production load of companies with their related positive consequences in environmental terms.

Since 2010, the Computers Parts company has made a very specific choice, namely that of working in the world of refurbished products with high quality products coming from business environments.
This is for two reasons:
– business products are of high quality, as they must have performance that allows operators to work quickly and in peace;
– companies rarely purchase products, but do leasing which involve roll-outs (i.e. a complete replacement of the machine fleet) with a frequency of 2-3 years, thus disposing of products in excellent condition and with a low life cycle.
Therefore the business products treated, in addition to being of a significantly higher range than those usually distributed by large distribution chains (since the internal and external components are qualitatively higher and guarantee better performance), are also relatively new as they are used for a very short time.
Over the years, the first to recognize the value of refurbished products were the companies that needed to equip themselves with new equipment, who understood that they could purchase high quality products with considerable financial savings and multiple advantages:
– the product being basic for the business segment is also qualitatively superior compared to new products dedicated to the consumer segment present in shops or distribution chains;
– the purchase price is significantly lower than a new product with significantly higher quality;
– in addition to the reconditioning process, the product has an official guarantee of at least 12 months which protects the buyer for any problems he may encounter.
Above all, the feedback received from private individuals was very positive, as in recent years they have developed a preference for refurbished products, realizing that the usefulness of the product does not lie so much in the date of production or release on the market, but rather in the quality of the product purchased. to which they have access at very low and acceptable costs in contexts such as students, families, or work for professionals and micro-enterprises.
